After managing to flog the 131 litre board. I went to the guy who bought
the boards local windsurfing spot for a Northeaster. Again the wind was
pretty marginal so I just about managed with my 6.3. It was pretty windless
by the launch spot but once out into the middle of the bay, there was
enough wind to be planing all the time. Again could of done with a couple
of extra knots with the wind and it would of been a really good session.
Only 2 other guys out. As soon as we had packed up and were ready to go,
the wind filled in to a steady 15 knots which would of been perfect out
there. Typical!
